Illustrated by the author? Authored by the artist? Both are true.
Short storyist, novelist, poet, humorist, illustrator, editor ... creating or contributing to more than 30 fanzine publications – Lynette Combs could do it all.

Besides editing and publishing anthologies of other writers' works, she authored and illustrated four zines herself: The Sun in the Stone (a collection of original poetry), What Light Through Yonder Window 1 and 2, Promises to Keep 1 - A Children's Story, and Promises to Keep 2 - Promises Fulfilled.  Through her stories, Lynette gave fandom one of the most memorable original characters ever to appear in BatB fan fiction - Naomi - an abused street child brought below who challenges - and delights - Vincent and Catherine and the tunnel community. You'll find Naomi pictured in many of Lynette's galleries.

Winterfest Online is pleased to present this collection of Lynette Combs' work, over 200 illustrations!
